K.B.C. Remodel Service, based out of Longmont, CO, was established in 1986 to offer homeowners a new benchmark of client service in the construction industry in Boulder County. For nearly three decades, the K.B.C. team has has impressed clients with custom finishes, stellar craftsmanship and the ability to manage a project from concept to completion.  There is a big difference between basic construction and full service construction management. As a full – service company, we are responsible for our own craftsmen and laborers. We use the same licensed tradesmen (electrical and plumbing) with whom we have built great rapport over many years. The building and remodeling process can be complicated, but KBC buffers clients from unneeded stress and manages the details from start to finish.

Mark Levesque, KBC’s head honcho is a Boulder, Colorado native. After many years of refining his craft as a skilled carpenter and foreman, Mark set out on his own with a full roster of the best artisans and tradesmen in the area. He oversees all projects, pays great attention to detail and his number one priority is impeccable client service.

In addition to our residential work, we also pride ourselves on unique restaurant, bar and lounge construction.  We have completed commercial projects from 2,000 to 65,000 square feet.  We can transform a space to your specific vision while maintaining timeline, budget, and customer service excellence.

After a project is complete, KBC’s commitment to clients continues by offering ongoing property maintenance at reasonable rates.

KBC proudly supports the National Construction Institute of America , a non-profit devoted to helping at risk youth learn skills in basic construction and then to advance into design, engineering and other positive career possibilities.
